In order to create a timepiece you will love – and your customers will desire – we start with a brief. To write it, we talk to you about your brand and its market position, from which we aim to identify what you want to achieve.

Once you have approved the brief, the first step is a joint brainstorming session where we can tease out what is important for your Brand.

Taking ideas from the brainstorming session, we create a range of concepts that reflect your brand. These designs can be supported by sketches and mood boards.

Sometimes these concepts will be bold and daring. At other times, they’ll take your brand in a whole new direction. But rest assured, whatever we present, you will always have complete control over the final design.

This stage of the process is focused on detail. Working with the designer, who can see your watch in their mind’s eye, and the manufacturer, who can visualise all the technical issues, we bring these two elements together. In doing so, we create sleek and sophisticated prototypes.

03.1 Packaging

As part of our service, we offer distinctive, yet functional, watch packaging solutions – including instruction manuals. Our packaging is designed to appeal to end users while making shipping easy for you.

03.2 After Sales

Our after sales department keeps an inventory of your watches to aid customers with the replacement of parts.

Should you require it, we can also supply a worldwide Service Centre Network.

And finally, we can recommend partnerships to assist with brand management and generate marketing solutions.
